Enrollment Information

 

Participants will learn how to identify the activity needs of residents as well as design programs to maintain and/or increase the residents' capability of activities in daily living.  Upon successful completion, attendees will have met the Missouri State requirements to be an Activity Director in a long term care setting and will receive a Certificate of Attendance from the Missouri Health Care Association.  The online syllabus has been approved by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Section for Long Term Care Regulation.  


The course is four weeks long and offered monthly.  There is no prerequisite for the course.
