MHCA Business Partner Rate – $1,000
– Includes 2 booth representatives
– Additional booth representative(s) for members can be purchased at $50 per person
Non-Member Rate – $1,700
– Includes 2 booth representatives
– Additional booth representative(s) for non-members can be purchased at $100 per person
Non-Exhibiting:
Companies are welcome to attend the MHCA 77th Annual Convention without reserving exhibit spaces as a “non-exhibiting vendor”. Registration fees for a member or non-member remain the same as shown above, whether you choose to exhibit or not.

Included in Booth Fees
- 10′ x 10′ booth, fully draped
- One (1) six-foot skirted display table with 2 chairs, a wastebasket and an identification sign
- Pre-convention registrant list sent to all exhibitors prior to show – Purchase any sponsorship and receive attendee email addresses on that list
- Post-convention registration list sent one (1) week following the show
- Complimentary registration for most sessions (sessions with meals will require purchase of a ticket)
- 3.5 hours of dedicated trade show time on Monday, August 25 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres in the exhibit hall
- Hospitality area exclusively for exhibitors

Our trade show will have two (2) primary service providers to assist you:
Exhibit Booth Services
Liberty Exposition Services, Inc. will handle the majority of your needs related to your booth setup, including delivery/shipping, additional furniture, carpeting, and other exhibitor needs. They are your primary contact for any questions or requests regarding the physical setup of your booth. Contact information coming soon!
Electrical Services
For all electrical needs, exhibitors are required to work directly with the Branson Convention Center. Please contact them to place orders for electrical services prior to the event. Contact information coming soon!
We recommend reaching out to both companies early to ensure all of your needs are met for a smooth and successful trade show experience.
Payment Schedule
Payment is due in full at time of registration. We accept e-check/ACH, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of exhibit booth(s) by Exhibitor must be made no later than August 8, 2025 or Exhibitor will be held liable for the full cost of exhibit booth(s). NO refund will be made if a notice of cancellation is not received by MHCA staff by 5:00 p.m. August 8, 2025.
Exhibitors can cancel ONLY through e-mail sent to Michelle Walters or Karina Schnieders.
