Missouri Health Care Association sponsors a monthly program where each discipline in the nursing facility is recognized. Certificates are attractively designed in color with a description of the department and identified with their name. The services will allow each member facility to recognize each of their employees throughout the year with special honor. This is a great opportunity to build teamwork in your facility and make each employee feel as special as they are to your facility and the residents that they serve.
