Jennifer received her Bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau. She began her career in the hospitality industry with the Vistana Resort in Orlando where she had the opportunity to coordinate daily activities, plan special events and conduct employee training. She then served as the Training & Development Manager for the American Hospitality Academy in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina where she specialized in corporate training and program development. After 5 years with the AHA Company, she was selected to be the General Manager for the Plaza Hotel & Suites in Hilton Head Island. She recently joined the MHCA team in October of 2006 and is really enjoying her new responsibilities.
